• Continual improvement of the Company's health and safety performance through development and implementation of an effective health and safety management system

Arrangements are in place to regularly monitor and audit the Company's compliance with the Policy. Company health and safety objectives and targets and the Policy are reviewed and agreed formally each year by the Group Board.
