Graduate Programmes
Our traditional route involves direct entry to your chosen area of specialism but we can also provide a more flexible route in certain cases by providing a rotation programme of entry which enables you to trial a range of disciplines across the whole business or within certain areas. Professional Development

Graduate Development Programme
All of our new graduates are invited to attend the Graduate Development Programme which focuses on personal development. The programme involves a series of formal development modules every 4 months over a 3 year period. The programme offers a blended approach with classroom based, outdoor development and self learning elements.
Work Based Development
WYG will provide you with the opportunity to work on a variety of different projects which will aid your professional and personal development whilst giving you fresh, new challenges and aim to provide a flexible approach of gaining experience in different disciplines.
Learning and Development Support
We have a range of support mechanisms available including a pool of mentors representing each professional institution, along with your line manager and the Graduate Forum which is an on-line networking and communication mechanism for graduates and provides a medium to share knowledge and learning.
