What's the 'Big Idea' at WYG?

By following the 'Big Idea' route, you can be assisted in formulating your thinking by trialling a number of different but related disciplines across various WYG business units including Engineering (Civil and Structural, Building Physics, Mechanical and Electrical), Rail, Environmental, Planning and Management Services.
A number of places will be reserved each year for the very best candidates and will enable you to take a more experimental approach to deciding your chosen career development route as you gain a unique insight into the many and varied opportunities that WYG can offer.
By developing our graduate programme in this way, WYG can assist you in making your discipline choice while at the same time ensuring that the knowledge and familiarisation gained on the programme helps to make you even more valuable to WYG clients. With a broader knowledge of all WYG service streams you can provide imaginative and creative solutions to the life cycle of client needs in the planning, development and implementation stages of their assets.
