Graduate Development Programme
The Graduate Development Programme (GDP) is a 3 year personal development programme aligned to our core technical and behavioural competencies. This structured development programme runs alongside the professional development scheme and will provide you with some of the necessary evidence of competence you need to support your progress to Chartership Status, as well as giving you some fundamental personal and leadership skills.
