The Big Idea graduate development programme currently being piloted enables you to trial a range of disciplines across the business in a range of locations. The programme is designed to provide graduates with a broad overview of each different business area which at the end should be sufficient to inform them of their chosen career path.
If you have not yet decided on your career focus but have a relevant technical qualification to the built, natural and social environment the Big Idea could be just what you are looking for. You need to be flexible as you will endure regular short placements and could be placed anywhere in the UK. At the end of this programme subject to availability you will join your chosen specialism and then WYG will support you in your professional development.
