Learning and Development Policy
WYG is committed to supporting and encouraging the career and professional development of its entire staff. Learning and development are planned, managed and monitored through a co-ordinated structure, led by the Business Unit Board Managing Director and supported by the Head of Learning and Development.
In addition to accredited Professional Institution training schemes, WYG ensures that staff across all disciplines have access to, and are supported in, relevant learning and development to maintain WYG's position as one of the leading multi-disciplined international consultants.
It is the policy of WYG to increase participation in training and to assess each individual's needs by means of initial and subsequent annual learning and development reviews. By assisting each individual to achieve his/her maximum potential, WYG aims to provide a continuing improvement in the high level of service to its diverse client base.
