White Young Green (WYG) provides a range of services to the telecommunications industry, including town planning advice, feasibility studies, Detailed Design and site inspections.

WYG’s specialist town planning team handles large volumes of development proposals for planning approval to enable quick and effective network roll out. Working closely with technical experts and agents, WYG provides advice on initial site selection and design, taking into account technical and environmental constraints. We then prepare and execute public consultation strategies, submit and negotiate planning submissions and appeals.

WYG is also extensively involved in the preparation of detailed design of structural and electrical works for cellular base stations, which often accompanied by Geotechnical appraisals for development on greenfield or contaminated sites. We respond to the aggressive roll-out programs set by the operators, using our national network of offices to provide the full range of services from site selection to build. Tower assessments will enable operators to expand the lifespan of structures, or extend them to cater for multi-operator occupation.
