WYG has carried out a high level on-site energy assessment of the utility systems at Abbot Ireland’s existing site, consisting of HVAC Chilled Water; Refrigerated Water System; Cooling Tower Water system and Compressed Air Generation.
WYG has analysed the efficiency of these systems and made recommendations on their improvement. The WYG team has also provided a proposal to the client with conceptual designs for enhancements, including costs and payback with an annual reduction of 30% identified through minimal investment.
WYG’s audit revealed that a reduction of over 1100 tons of carbon dioxide emissions to the environment could be achieved through an increase in efficiency and effectiveness of the utility systems. |
