WYG, consultant to the built, natural and social environment is pleased to announce the strategic appointments of Melanie Bertie and David Ramsay to their expanding Southampton Planning and Design Business. Melanie Bertie will become an Associate Director in addition to adopting the role of Head of Urban Design whilst David Ramsay will become an Associate Planner.
Melanie joins from Pope Priestley where she worked on prestigious projects within the residential, office, leisure, educational, healthcare and assisted living sectors. Her appointment reflects the latest stage in growth for the office’s urban design team and part of WYG’s national strategy of concentrating urban design skills in centres of excellence.
David joins from Lennon Planning and will strengthen the Southampton office’s major projects team.
