Chris is an experienced development practitioner with 12 years’ experience in securing work and implementing donor funded monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) projects in Africa and Fragile and Conflict-Affected States (FCAS). He currently leads WYG International’s M&E practice overseeing all work in this area.
An expert in quantitative and qualitative research design, project and programme evaluation, economic impact assessment and value for money analysis, his work embraces a number of areas including business advisory services, climate change adaption, feasibility studies, private sector development, project management, rural development, social and civil society development, socio-economic development and, stakeholder consultation.
