Kyla has worked at WYG since 2015, primarily on DFID monitoring and evaluation projects. Her previous experience was with the London School of Economics and as a graduate fellow at Nanjing Normal University.
She is a specialist in quantitative research methods, including quasi-experimental design, mixed-method research design, econometric analysis, and interpreting findings in developing country contexts.
Kyla has lived and worked in developing countries since 2007, including nearly 3 years in China, as well as experience in Ghana, India, Kenya, Pakistan, Somalia, Tanzania, and Uganda. She has significant experience establishing, managing and delivering projects in developing country contexts, including establishing results measurements, coordinating multinational teams, and quality assurance of outputs.
