Nathan Holloway Divisional Director, Due Diligence

Nathan is a Divisional Director in the Strategic Advisory Practice, responsible for our London Office and Due Diligence service.

With considerable experience of leading multi-disciplinary teams, delivering major projects and programmes, Nathan provides clear leadership, commercial awareness and technical acumen.

An example of this is his recent role leading WYG’s Project, Cost and Asset Management Discipline, responsible for a team of approximately 250 consultants, servicing clients in the UK and internationally. This included the delivery of major projects for public sector clients such as:

  • Ministry of Defence
  • Ministry of Justice
  • Foreign & Commonwealth Office
  • City of London Police
  • Homes & Community Agency
  • Universities

And private sector clients such as:

  • Sigma Capital
  • Aberdeen Asset Management
  • BT
  • Royal Mail
  • Tesco
  • Total Gas & Power
  • Dow Chemicals
  • Nokia

With responsibility for Due Diligence, Nathan develops bespoke environmental, technical and property risk management solutions. Having obtained an MSc in Water Pollution Control and BSc (hons) in Environmental Biology, Nathan has broad awareness of possible site and investment constraints and his role leading our Project, Cost and Asset Management business has honed multi-disciplinary delivery skills.

Nathan has a detailed understanding of life cycle cost assessment and digital property solutions, which have been developed through major project delivery. This broad awareness of service integration and risk management solutions at each stage of the asset/investment cycle is focussed on developing assured returns for clients.

Responsible for WYG in London, Nathan is the Director of our local office and coordinates our regional activity.
