We are pleased to announce as part of the development of our recruitment initiatives, the WYG careers website has been re-launched with a fresh new design and a stronger focus on our people.
Significant improvements have been made. The layout of the new site is far easier to navigate and the design integrates the key messages from the Employee Value Proposition with a clear brand identity as part of the WYG offering. In order to attract and retain the best talent, there is greater promotion of our graduate offering and a simpler summary of what potential employees can expect in terms of reward, benefits, support and development.
The careers website is at the forefront of how WYG is represented to potential employees and it is vital that it provides coherent information and quick access to the opportunities we have available. Equally important is that the new site offers the right level of information for potential employees. Though the emphasis is on individual stories and the challenging careers available, it also provides details of our business structure and the expertise and focus of our teams in the UK and overseas.
As with our main site, WYG careers will now be regularly updated with new content and information about upcoming recruitment initiatives. Further developments are also scheduled to improve the application portal to make it more accessible on mobile devices and easier to apply for jobs and track applications.
The new site was fully designed, developed and built by our in-house Marcomms team in collaboration with the Resourcing team.
