Andrew Stanford, Director Compliance Consultancy
Andy leads our Compliance Consultancy service nationwide and is also our regional director for Asset Management in the Midlands and South West. He directly manages relationships with several of our key clients and is technical lead for our TR19 and soft services capability within the discipline.
Clare delivers asbestos consultancy for a number of clients across WYG. She has experience in client focused project management, including service delivery, client liaison, logistics and financial cost control and reporting.
Craig is Group Managing Director (for Surveying & Programme, Project, & Asset Management) with over 35 years’ experience as a chartered surveyor, construction manager, asset management consultant and business leader. As well as serving on the WYG SLT, Craig is a Trustee with WellChild, the national charity for sick children.

Mark has over 30 years’ experience working in emergency response and fire safety management within Fire and Rescue Services, both in the UK and more recently in the Middle East. Mark has gained extensive Health and Safety experience through working as a Health and Safety Consultant and Trainer. He also holds the OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management, Lead Auditor qualification.
Associate Director and Products & Innovation Manager for the Building & FM team within the UK, leading ADS (Asset Digital Solutions). Member of the Institute of Asset Management. Experience and history of working in the various sectors including Nuclear, Local Authority, Health & Education. With over 11 years experience in the industry and a BSc(Hons) focused in Building Surveying from Northumbria University.
Nathan leads our Compliance Consultancy Practice, incorporating Asbestos, Engineering Compliance and Safety Management. Nathan also leads a number of major overseas projects for the UK government.

Rufus is working towards becoming a chartered Building Surveyor and has gained vast experience working on projects in a range of sectors including defence, retail and public sector.
Ryan is a member of Institute of Asset Management and leads the Mechanical and Electrical asset team responsible for auditing, statutory compliance, condition surveying and Life Cycle Costing for a portfolio of global clients. He has over 15 years experience in Mechanical and Electrical Installation, compliance, contract and contractor management within the commercial and industrial sector.
Steve leads WYG’s Best Practice Asset Management Service. He has over 20 years’ experience as a chartered Building Surveyor and Built Environment technical expert.
Tim leads the facilities management team to offer professional services to clients including universities, local authority, defence, commercial, logistics, education and healthcare providers. He also works as an Asset Management Consultant and the contract lead within a Total Facilities Management environment with expertise in both Hard and Soft Services provision, Lifecycle and Dilapidation Surveys.

Vikki has a wealth of experience providing Construction Health and Safety, CDM and Project Management Consultancy and Support services to clients ranging from Apple Inc to Southern Water over the last 17 years.
