We are delighted to announce two senior appointments to our London Planning team in response to growing workloads and increasing developer confidence in London and the South East. Alec Arrol has joined as an Associate Director and Peggy Hui as an Associate, bringing the team up to 21 planning, urban design and heritage staff.
Previously at Savills, Alec brings over 14 years’ experience in the residential, commercial and water-infrastructure sectors. His projects and developments include those for land-owners, developers, housebuilders, infrastructure providers and public sector organisations across London and the South East.
Peggy joins WYG from CgMs, with over 12 years' experience in an extensive range of retail, commercial and mixed-use development schemes on behalf of a range of private sector clients. Peggy’s main strengths lie in providing planning advice to support the promotion of retail development across the UK.
Christopher Tennant, Head of Planning at WYG’s London Office, said: “The appointment of Alec and Peggy expands our capacity to provide robust, bespoke planning advice in a number of key growth sectors in London and across the South East to clients in both the public and private sectors.”
WYG ranks amongst the top five consultancies across the UK, with over 115 planners located in 13 offices.
