23 October 2019
On Thursday 17th October we opened our doors to guests to share the official opening of our new headquarters in Leeds City Centre. Friends and colleagues joined us at Sovereign Square to take in the “New View” and sample the wonderful new space our employees are now enjoying. WYG’s President, Douglas McCormick, explained the move saying, “by being in the heart of the City, we are delighted to now be so close to so many of our valued clients.” He went on to say that “we model the way we work for these clients around a simple principle of 3 Rs – Reliability, Responsiveness and Relationships…all of which are equally important to providing the best possible service.”
Leeds City Council Chief Executive Tom Riordan, then welcomed us to the City Centre. He followed with an equally positive message about the thriving professional services quarter that we are now part of, from technical and digital innovators like Channel 4 to some FSE100 listed companies.
Following the acquisition of WYG by American-headquartered Tetra Tech in the early summer, talk naturally gravitated to what the future holds and we were excited to share how we see our business growing as part of the Tetra Tech family whilst remaining firmly committed to helping our clients fulfil their project ambitions.
We’d like to thank everybody who came to celebrate with us and look forward to welcoming more of you to Sovereign Square soon.
