WYG are pleased to announce the appointment of Neil Denison as Director who will lead the planning team in Manchester with immediate effect.
Neil brings a wealth of experience to his new role with over 23 years combined service with WYG and former employer MVM Planning and having managed the planning team in Cardiff previously.
David Lowin, Head of Planning, said: ‘I am delighted that Neil has accepted the role of Director in Manchester. It is a very exciting time for the Manchester planning team following the recent acquisition of Higham and Co. Neil has exactly the right skills and experience to ensure the seamless integration of Higham and Co as well as leading and developing WYG’s planning presence within the North West and beyond.’
He added: ‘WYG already have a well respected planning presence within Manchester and Neil’s appointment will help reinforce this with a view to capturing more major projects within the region.’
Neil Denison, Director, Planning, said: ‘I’m excited about my new role, particularly the prospect of working with our new colleagues from Higham and Co in order to grow and diversify the range of planning work carried out in the Manchester office. The combined resources of the planning team, plus the diverse range of other disciplines represented in the Manchester office, can offer clients a comprehensive service covering each stage of the development cycle.’
He added: ‘My aim is to ensure that this excellent resource is used to maximise the potential to service existing WYG clients and to attract new business within the north-west region.’
