Peel has let the third and part fourth floor of Quay West to international consultants, WYG.
The Manchester office of WYG is relocating from Clippers Quay to Quay West and has taken a 10 year lease on 10,565 sq ft of space at the stunning landmark building.
WYG is an established international, consultant, operating in over 40 countries, with skills in design, engineering, environment, transportation, project management, planning and programme management & policy advice.
