WYG has been successful in joining 5 out of the 12 consortia selected for the NHS Estates Procure 21 framework.
The aggregated capital value of the framework is approximately £7 billion over 5 years and we have been selected to provide the majority of our core skills to various consortia.
Procure 21 covers non-PFI capital projects with a cost in excess of £1 million. The provision of better quality healthcare buildings and improved value for money through long term partnering arrangements and knowledge transfer is at the heart of this initiative. The successful consortia have already been through an extensive selection process managed by NHS Estates.
