WYG International has signed a €1.3m contract with the European Commission to support the provision of quality education in
With the EU’s revised policy and financial support framework for developing education, the Ministry of Education and Science (MoES) has taken an important step to show its commitment to developing quality education. It intends to maximize the opportunity to gain EU support for its evolving life-long learning system which will further advanceits ambition of future EU membership.
Neil Parison, Managing Director of WYG International, said: “We are continuing to prove our valuable experience in the education sector and strong record of completed projects covering many regions. We are delighted to now add to an already successful portfolio within the Balkans region.”
The EU funded programme will last for 20 months and is aimed at laying down the foundation for quality education frameworks in
WYG International is leading a consortium with significant expertise and experience including The University of Strathclyde, [an innovator in HEQA], to implement this project, with direct beneficiaries being amongst others, the Centre for Vocational Education and Training, public and private universities in Montenegro, the Bureau for Education, and the Council for Vocational Education.
