Jennifer leads WYG’s strategic business development activities in East Africa with responsibility for our staff based in Uganda and Kenya. She holds a Doctorate from the University of Limerick Centre for Peace and Development Studies and has worked in Africa for fifteen years on all sides of the development model.
This experience includes working for donor agencies, NGOs and private sector organisations in Ethiopia, Lesotho, Kenya, Malawi and South Africa. She has provided long-term technical assistance on a range of development projects and is currently managing projects in some of the most demanding regions of East Africa.
Jennifer specialises in project management and capacity building across a range of sectors including transport, civil society, human rights, monitoring & evaluation, governance and public finance management. She also leads on our Migration Partners initiative working with trusted partners to respond to the challenge of migration by addressing root causes, supporting integration of returnees and strengthening migration management.
