Monica is a project manager and monitoring and evaluation consultant with particular expertise in peace-building and stabilisation programmes.
Her experience includes design, implementation and harmonisation of M&E systems of multi-country and multi-donor programmes in fragile and conflict-affected states. She is familiar with different evaluation methodologies applied in conflict settings, including theory-based, mixed methods evaluations, sampling methodologies, outcome mapping, most significant change, sustainability assessments and behaviour change assessments.
Monica is also experienced in facilitating trainings and workshops, conducting interviews and in managing teams, budgets and client relations. She has a solid knowledge on international human rights/humanitarian law and international criminal justice with relevant professional experience in NGOs, IGOs, academia and the private sector. Her client experience includes working on DFID, UNICEF and MONUSCO projects in Nigeria, DR Congo, Tunisia and Niger.
