Rebecca is an accredited built heritage specialist and heritage planner with over 15 years' experience in all areas of the sector. She is a Full Member of the Institute of Historic Building Conservation, a Chartered Town Planner and an Individual Member of the International Council on Monuments and Sites.
Her principal roles are to prepare heritage appraisals, significance and impact assessments, and heritage statements, and Environmental Statement chapters for all types of heritage assets. She focuses particularly on listed buildings and locally listed buildings, including settings, conservation areas and historic townscape.
Rebecca has particular expertise in development design and mitigation advice relating to consents and land allocations. She also has historic environment policy and heritage grant experience. Rebecca is skilled in the conservation of individual and portfolios of historic properties and in the preparation and implementation of conservation management plans. She is also competent to undertake built heritage surveys and basic building recording to Historic England standards.
