In response to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic and in the interests of adhering to Government advice, this online consultation is being held instead of a physical public consultation to ensure that interested parties are able to view and comment upon the most up to date information in respect of the proposed development at Land off Butchers Hill, Fivehead.
The application site is located to the north of Fivehead, to the east of Grange’s Hill and to the west of Butchers Hill from which it is accessed and comprises just under 0.75 hectares (1.8 acres).
The site is within walking distance of the centre of Fivehead where there is a pub, village hall, churches and bus stops which provide regular public transport to and from Taunton.
Cherwyn Developments are preparing a full planning application for 7 new homes on land off Butchers Hill. The development is currently intended to provide 5 detached bungalows, 2 semi-detached two storey homes and associated landscaping. Access would be provided from Butchers Hill with private parking and ample rear gardens for all proposed properties. Further details of the proposed development are available for download below.
