|Paula has over 28 years of private sector planning consultancy experience, working on schemes predominately in London and the south of England.
As Head of the planning team in London, she oversees the planning team across the region and is highly involved in project management of large-scale major regeneration schemes and managing large consultancy teams. She has significant experience working with private sector clients to establish effective working relationships with public sector authorities and key stakeholders.
Paula is also passionate about diversity and is driving effective change within WYG and in the real estate business as a legacy for the next generation.

|Anne has been responsible for the project management of large scale regeneration in London, managing design and technical teams (including transport), establishing and maintaining effective relationships with public and private sector stakeholder, and negotiating with those stakeholders to deliver planning and other permissions from inception to completion of a project.
Previously, she was Planning Director at Quintain responsible for the Wembley Park regeneration across 85 acres of land surrounding Wembley Stadium between August 2002 and December 2016.

|Martin has over 30 years' experience and is head of the WYG Planning teams across the south of the UK, where he acts as planner and lead consultant on major developments. A Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute, he specialises in residential development, large-scale urban extensions, strategic planning, community consultation, and masterplanning.
He acted as lead consultant on six schemes of over 1000 dwellings that have either planning permission or allocations in Local Plans. He also led the ten-strong WYG team that acted on the Dubai Waterfront development.

|Jon’s experience primarily lies in design and build projects where he has acted as employer’s agent on numerous multi-million-pound commercial projects.
He has experience in all aspects of pre and post contract quantity surveying and employer’s agent duties, ranging from initial feasibility studies through to the settlement of final accounts and agreement of contract claims.

|Named The Planner's 'Women of Influence 2017 and again in 2018, Sandra has considerable experience in planning across residential, commercial, sport, recreation and leisure. She has an exemplary approach to strategy, project management, and negotiation to ensure optimal approaches to satisfy clients' requirements. She actively supports the RTPI and acts as an ambassador, engaging with young people to raise awareness of planning as a profession.
Sandra’s extensive network of contacts and productive working relationships with clients, consultants, local authorities, and statutory consultees is a major asset in facilitating effective delivery of client objectives.
Sandra has successfully grown the Newcastle planning team, and recently taken on responsibility for the WYG Scotland planning team.

|Andy has undertaken civil and structural engineering projects for over 30 years in the UK and abroad. He holds experience in the design management on major commercial mixed-use projects and is particularly focussed on harnessing value and linking design directly to tier one supply chain suppliers. He has acted as technical adviser on major projects in a wide variety of sectors and has advised internationally at government level on implementation strategies.
He is responsible for the development of the Infrastructure and Built Environment division of WYG.

|Simon has over 25 years’ experience in Low Carbon Consultancy and a background in Energy policy since 2007. He has worked directly with development teams in the deployment of low carbon and renewable energy schemes, including nuclear, wind, wave, biomass, solar, hydro and heat pumps. He was on the Gov’t advisory committee for the Community Energy Strategy, is a member of the Cumbria LEP Investment Panel, and is currently working on an Industrial Strategy Challenge Fund project for Low Carbon Demonstrators alongside 22 pre-eminent Academic Institutions.
Working across all WYG disciplines, he has a keen interest in all aspects of Best Practice Asset Management, helping to identify joint working opportunities and new collaborative strategic/tactical partners.

|Raj is responsible for business development and work winning across the WYG Group as well as developing key strategic relationships with clients and partners. He is an MBA qualified Chartered Engineer, Vice Chair and Board Member of the Association for Consultancy & Engineering (ACE), a STEM Ambassador and a Speaker for WaterAid. He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute.
His expertise across all core infrastructure sectors - transportation, waste, energy, healthcare, utilities and regeneration - means he understands client needs and develops value-driven solutions, particularly for major projects. Raj has strong credentials working for funders, Local Authorities, and private sector operators.

|Ged has over 25 years’ experience in town planning, public policy, and environmental advice on complex development projects throughout the UK.
As Chair of WYG's National Planning Board, he is responsible for the leadership of our planning practice, with an extended responsibility for Built Heritage and Urban & Landscape Design teams.
He has led multi-disciplinary teams in the delivery of large-scale projects across many FTSE 100 companies, national developers and landowner, government bodies, funders, and national institutions.
