- Commercial Re-Development, Footscray, London - This commission was undertaken for IKEA Stores Limited and entailed the production of a Transport Assessment, Travel Plan and detailed traffic modelling to cover the proposed redevelopment of a commercial site on Edgington Way, Sidcup. Work undertaken included transport planning support to senior members of the transport team.
- Land at Three Elms, Hereford - This commission was for the Church Commissioners for England to provide transport planning advice to determine the feasibility of the development of up to 1,000 residential units with a specific focus on junction capacity assessments of the strategic road network.
