Christopher primarily undertakes the promotion of land for development through the submission of planning applications/appeals and through the plan making processes. This involves coordinating and managing multidisciplinary teams to assemble the required evidence to support development proposals and ensure robust submissions. He also undertakes technical reports to support development proposals in the form of Planning Statements, Housing Land Supply Assessments, Retail Assessment, Economic Assessments and representations to emerging Development Plans.
Christopher provides planning advice to clients in relation to existing and emerging planning policy letting them know how it affects their land. He uses this as a basis to formulate strategies for successfully promoting their land interests. Recent projects include:
