Daniel Brown Director, Planning
Daniel is a chartered town planner with over 13 years’ experience working in the Manchester areaa. His specialism is retail, leisure and commercial development. He has a particular expertise in promoting major in, edge and out-of-centre retail, leisure and mixed-use developments. Daniel is also skilled in advising Local Planning Authorities in relation to town centre policy matters.
Some of Daniel's recent work includes:
- Nelson Gate, Southampton – a major residential led, mixed-use development in Southampton city centre. Also including office, hotel and retail uses.
- K Village, Kendal– redevelopment of outlet shopping centre to provide Travelodge hotel and multi-level residential development.
- Euro Garages, Various Sites – advising on a variety of new roadside service developments.
- Rossendale Retail Study– lead advisor on the preparation of the Council’s 2017 Retail and Town Centre Uses Study.
