A multidisciplinary team from WYG secured a resolution to grant approval for phase two of a new community at Boorley Green in Hampshire.
The decision, for 889 homes in the Borough of Eastleigh, was achieved within 100 working days, largely as a result of a Planning Performance Agreement. The resolution also included affordable homes, associated infrastructure, community buildings, multi-use games area, allotments and open space.
Working for a consortium of developers comprising Bloor Homes, Bovis Homes and Linden Homes, our specialist consultancy services provided town planning, landscape, ecology and air quality advice.
The decision follows on from our earlier work to secure the original outline consent for 1400 homes and reserved matters approvals for site enabling works, infrastructure, sports pitches and the first phase comprising 441 homes last summer.
