We secured outline planning permission for 21 residential dwellings on land at Park Street, Hawkesbury Upton.
The Site was outside of the development boundary and in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. We worked with the client’s project team to collate and submit the outline planning application, which included detailed landscape and visual impact work.
The planning statement included a Planning Assessment of the site with reference to its location in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, presenting it as a minor development in this location.
With reference to the Council’s lack of five-year housing land supply the presumption in favour of sustainable development applied to the proposed development, which was approved by the Council’s Planning Committee in June 2018.
