We provided planning advice for a sustainable urban extension of up to 3,200 dwellings together with commercial uses, a local centre and leisure related development.
Working throughout the Central Lincolnshire Local Plan approval process including appearance at the Local Plan Examination we ensured the allocation of the site was confirmed in the adopted Plan.
Our experts provided both planning and masterplanning advice to City of Lincoln Council as landowner and their joint venture private sector developer partners (Lindum) during the preparation of an outline planning permission for the development of the site.
Advice included that in relation to the delivery of the allocation as well as planning support. Thus discussions took place relating to phasing; Section 106 Heads of Terms; viability issues in addition to the merits of granting planning permission in accordance with the Development Plan and the National Planning Policy Framework.
We also provided material and participated in the public consultation process prior to the submission of the application.
