Having identified the need to relocate their treasury team from Paris to Canary Wharf in London, our client (Total Finance Corporate Services) needed a project team who could make the move happen quickly but within a tight budget.
Unfazed by this challenge, we assembled a team of experienced consultants to fast-track an interior fit out of 25,000ft2 of existing office space to BCO Category B fit-out specification and then ensure that the transfer of our client’s business operations was completed in less than a year.
Leading an Anglo-French project team through all the key stages of the programme our project managers, costs consultants, quantity surveyors and CDM coordinators took over executive control of the relocation. This included project managing the design team, overseeing the procurement and integration of the building contractor and managing the construction phase as well as all health and safety management throughout.
