Managing public finances
At a time of increasing recognition that governments should report their finances in statements like those of private sector businesses, we need new approaches to government accounting, particularly in light of the tension between central fiscal and policy direction and, decentralised management and local involvement.

Our expertise also covers moves to accrual accounting and the legal, regulatory business process and system reforms it requires, as well as training, institutional development and financial systems development.
